Brooke Ray
Brooke Ray, Billing Director, has worked in billing, as well as office management, for over 20 years, the last 8 years as a biller in the ABA field. She now brings her extensive knowledge to Innovative Pathways as not only a biller but as a leader. She is an Upper East Tennessee native, married and has one adult son. Her interests and hobbies include spending time with friends and family, reading, writing, drawing, travel and cooking. Brooke is committed to service to our clients and families. As a young mother seeking answers for her own child, she recalls feeling the overwhelming fear of the unknown, the frustration when left with unpaid bills, the confusion of navigating aloof insurance companies, as well as, often coping with less than empathetic billing departments. Brooke now works to ensure essential ABA services are paid; believing parents shouldn't have that kind of anxiety when life is already chaotic enough. She wants all parents on this journey to know that they are not alone, great things are just around the bend and most importantly, never give up. As our motto states, we will walk this journey with you!

Her personal hobbies and interests include cruising to foreign ports, taking road trips with her spouse (as a Jeep family), traveling, specifically to the beach, collecting flamingos, and just about anything pink.
